**Key Responsibilities as a Hair Trainer & specialist is to**:

- teaching and demonstrating various hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques.
- Performing demonstration in salon.
- Perform regular in-salon training.
- Develop training plans and calendars.
- Ensure salon team develop necessary skills and product knowledge.
- Enable team to represent company in the best way.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching.
- Train salon trainers; generate each session reports.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry & market trends.

**To be a successful Hair Trainer, you need to have**:

- 2+ hairdressing or any other equivalent international certificate or diplomas.
- Strong market knowledge, preferably with international exposure.
- Experience as a hairdresser and a Hair Trainer.
- Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and training skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
