- Greet and assist members, guests, and the public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process registrations for classes, programs, and special events using computer software.
- Handle payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise; maintain accurate financial records and receipts.
- Monitor access to the facility, ensuring all guests have proper authorization or passes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with recreation staff, instructors, and management.
- Respond to customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
- Promote upcoming events, classes, and services to members and visitors.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recreational programs and services is a plus.
