We are hiring Hotel Representative Coordinator for a leading client in Qatar for 3 month contract:

- To be the first point of contact for reservation requests and concerns, ensuring minimum complaints
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form, presents reports and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collect customer’s information related to hotel reservations and meal preferences for future reference to build documentations/presentations which helps with sales and customer service.
- Promote products and services by analyzing customers needs, presenting service options, updating on new offers, and recommending the appropriate package to support the highest number of sales.
- Ensure that all customers data are handled with confidentiality and handle all customers complains, escalate complicated cases and coordinate with respective department to resolve issues appropriately within the time limit.
- Process online payments, issue invoices to customers and manage refunds.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience or high school or relevant vocational with minimum 3 years of job related experience or similar industry.

**Job Type**: Contract
