Respensibilities:

- To make briefly lifting plans and can execute safely.
- To make master drawing and take approval from main clients/Vendors.
- Should be prepare of the technical documentation, Method statements, procedures for heavy lifting equipments
- Should be able to Holds the distinction of managing complete engineering and project management for Heavy Lifts; instrumental in providing extensive technical support to Project Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors
- Should Excellent in track record of managing complete erection of various Heavy Lift Equipment such as Pumps, Blowers, Tanks, Vessels, Filters, Reactors, Compressors, Turbines, Stacks, HP Absorber’s, Packages, etc.) of the Central Process facilities at ISBL & OSBL units
- To develop safe methods of lifting operations to execute turnaround scope. This includes reviewing and approving Lifting Plans, Crane Berthing Studies, etc. and plans for provision of lifting gear.
- coordinating of all lifting activities in accordance with the Lifting Plan.
- briefing all lifting team members on the Lifting Plan, risk control measure and safe lifting procedure before the commencement of any lifting operation.
- ensuring that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers and appointed signalmen to participate in any lifting operation involving the use of mobile and tower cranes.
- ensuring that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile cranes.
- be present during all lifting operations and keep eyes on all the activities during operation.
- if unsafe conditions are reported to him, to take suitable measures to rectify the conditions so that the lifting operation can be conducted safely.
