Mocktail Bartender

Position: Mocktail Bartender(Experience and skills in preparing juices and mocktails REQUIRED)

Monthly Salary**:From QAR 2,000++ OR QAR 3,200 **(Full package / All in)

**Overview**: As a Mocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and creative non-alcoholic beverages, also known as mocktails, for our valued customers. Your role is to provide an exciting and refreshing alternative to alcoholic drinks, catering to guests who prefer non-alcoholic options or are designated drivers. Your passion for mixology, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Mocktail Preparation and Mixing:

- Create a variety of mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Design unique and flavorful mocktails that appeal to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
- Experiment with new mocktail recipes and seasonal offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist customers in selecting mocktails that best suit their preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide recommendations and educate guests about the ingredients and flavors in each mocktail.

Beverage Presentation and Garnishing:

- Ensure that mocktails are presented in an appealing and visually stunning manner.
- Add creative garnishes and decorations to enhance the overall look and experience of each drink.

Cleanliness and Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including utensils, glassware, and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize bar tools and preparation areas regularly to meet health and safety standards.

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using the bar's POS system.
- Process orders promptly and provide guests with receipts.

Restocking and Inventory Management:

- Monitor mocktail ingredients and inventory levels, informing management when supplies need replenishing.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of fresh ingredients, syrups, and other related items.

Training and Skill Development:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your mixology skills and knowledge of mocktail preparation.
- Seek feedback from senior bartenders or management to improve your performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a mocktail bartender or bartender with a strong focus on non-alcoholic beverages is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Passion for mixology and creating innovative and flavorful mocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple orders, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Creativity and attention to detail to present mocktails attractively and appealingly.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
