Provide effective, efficient and professional clinical radiology services, these include full range of radiological procedures such as performance of general radiology reporting, conduction of special studies, determining the protocol and reporting of CT, MRI and ultrasound.
- Assess the patient’s medical history, conditions and specific needs to determine the most appropriate radiological procedures and techniques.
- Develop and update radiology protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care while complying with regulatory standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that adequate professional reports are available in a timely manner. In the case of inpatients undergoing examinations in the department during regular hours, this will involve the issuing of written reports.
- Consistently demonstrated effective interpersonal relationships with other x-ray staff and patients and will handle problems sensitively.
- Function as a part of a multidisciplinary team working with radiographers, nurses, clerical and attendant staff in the interests of patient diagnosis and care.
- Educate patients and their families on the radiological procedures, risks, and benefits, and address any concerns or questions.
- Stay current with advancements in radiology technology, participate in research projects, and contribute to development of new imaging techniques and technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient information, and diagnostic findings, and communicate results to healthcare providers.

**Requirements**:

- Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Radiology
- Master's degree in Radiology will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Radiology
- Knowledge of latest technological advances in Radiology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid QCHP license or Qatar Prometric and Data Flow Report completed
- Preferably available in Qatar with transferable visa
