We are seeking a skilled **Architectural Draftsman** with strong expertise in **Revit** to support the design and documentation process for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and BIM models.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **architectural drawings and construction documents** using **Revit**.
- Develop **3D BIM models**, floor plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to update design changes.
- Revise drawings based on markups and client feedback.
- Maintain drawing and model accuracy through all design phases.
- Organize and maintain drawing files and document control systems.
- Participate in site visits and surveys if required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **2+ years** experience in drafting or architectural documentation.
- **Proficiency in Revit** is a must.
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD**, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
- Understanding of **BIM standards** and model coordination.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, sketches, and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
