**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Beverages**:

- Brew coffee and espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.).
- Use coffee machines and grinders to prepare high-quality drinks.
- Customize drinks according to customer preferences
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders, accurately input them into the point-of-sale system.
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and customization options.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Keep the coffee bar, work area, and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Regularly clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Restock supplies, such as milk, syrups, and pastries, as needed.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit cards, mobile payments).
- Handle cash with accuracy and integrity, providing correct change when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with training new staff members and share tips for improving drink preparation and customer service.
- **Upselling and Sales**:

- Promote new products, special offers, or seasonal menu items.
- Encourage customers to purchase additional items, such as pastries or snacks, alongside their drinks.
- **Adherence to Health and Safety Standards**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Ensure the workspace is stocked with necessary materials, such as napkins, cups, and lids, in accordance with safety standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive customer experience.
- Ability to follow specific drink recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Ability to handle multiple orders at once while maintaining focus on quality and customer service.
- Familiarity with different coffee beans, brewing methods, and types of coffee beverages.
- Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes or supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a coffee shop or food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Barista certification (optional but may be an advantage).

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced and customer-oriented work environment.
- May require standing for long periods and lifting light to medium-weight items.
- Work may be performed outdoor, with occasional noise and high customer traffic.

**Work Location: Sealine Beach (Al Majles Resort)**

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
