**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauce, pastry, meat, fish) and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the café’s recipes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure all mise en place is completed ahead of service and all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs and trainees.
- Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.
- Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment.
- Specialization or strong knowledge of classic and modern French cuisine is preferable.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience working in international luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Knowledge of French pastries and desserts is a plus.
- Multilingual skills (especially French or Arabic) are an advantage.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,750.00 per month
