**URGENT HIRING - MECHANICAL / TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (CRANE MAINTENANCE)**

**Location: Qatar**

**Experience**: 5+ Years
**License**: Qatar Crane License (Optional - With or Without License)

**Job Position: Technical / Mechanical Supervisor**

We are hiring an experienced **Technical/Mechanical Supervisor** specialized in **mobile cranes, crawler cranes, heavy equipment maintenance & troubleshooting**, to join our client’s operations in Qatar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis, implementation, and documentation of machinery activities.
- Provide technical service support to the maintenance team.
- Daily monitoring and control of maintenance work.
- Manpower management & service record maintenance.
- Maintenance of:

- **Crawler Cranes**: Kobelco, Liebherr, Demag
- **Mobile Cranes**: Liebherr (LTM series), LTR, LRT, Tadano (GR series), Grove (RT series)
- Forklifts, Trucks, Cars & Industrial handling equipment.
- Expertise in **Liccon 1 & Liccon 2** systems (Liebherr).
- Installation & removal of electronic components on LTM/LTR cranes.
- Strong ability to read **electrical & hydraulic schematic diagrams**.
- Advanced troubleshooting (hydraulic/electrical/electronic systems).
- Failure analysis & problem-solving on all heavy equipment.

**Qualification**
- **B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering**

**Salary Package & Benefits**
- **Basic Salary**: QAR 5,000 / month
- **Accommodation**: QAR 2,000 / month
- **Performance Allowance**: QAR 2,500 / month
- **Food Allowance**: QAR 500 / month
- **Transportation**: Provided by company
- **Medical Insurance**: As per Qatar Labour Law
- **Air Ticket**: 1 round trip after 12 months
- **Annual Leave**: 21 days
- **Probation**: 6 months

**Total Package Value**: ~ **QAR 10,000 per month**

**Special Requirement**
- Strong specialization in **Liebherr cranes troubleshooting**:

- Highly skilled in **electrical & hydraulic systems**:

- Experience handling mobile cranes (LTM/LTR) is mandatory

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
