We are seeking **dedicated Event & Transport Coordinators** for our client to ensure seamless logistics and transportation for participants and guests.

**Job Title: Event/Transport Coordinator**
**Location: Lusail and Qatar University**
**Duration: May 10 to May 28, 2025 (18 Continuous Days)**
**Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day (in Shifts)**
**Dress Code: Formal attire with blazers**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule transportation for event staff, guests, and VIPs.
- Monitor vehicle availability, driver assignments, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers to optimize routes and minimize delays.
- Assist in overall event logistics, ensuring smooth movement of attendees and supplies.
- Manage crowd flow and transportation queues at designated locations.
- Provide real-time updates to the event team regarding transport operations.
- Act as a liaison between transport providers, event organizers, and security teams.
- Address any transportation-related concerns from guests or event personnel.
- Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with safety regulations.
- Report and address any transport-related incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain transport logs, attendance records, and incident reports.
- Provide daily status updates to event managers.
- Track and report fuel usage, vehicle assignments, and operational challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Transport Coordinator, Event Coordinator, or Logistics Officer.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced event environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with transport routes between Lusail and Qatar University
- Must be available for the entire event duration to work daily from 10th May to 28th May, 2025.

- Overtime shall be paid after 12 continuous working hours
