**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily site electrical works in line with project specifications, drawings, and authority standards.
- Review, prepare, and modify shop drawings according to site conditions.
- Prepare and follow up on **Inspection Requests (IRs)** and **Request for Information (RFIs)**.
- Guide and monitor electricians/technicians to ensure tasks are completed with quality and on schedule.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) for smooth execution of projects.
- Supervise installation of **lighting, power distribution, earthing, and ELV systems** (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.).
- Assist in material inspections, approvals, and installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with **Kahramaa, QCS, and relevant authority standards**.
- Maintain daily site records, reports, and project documentation.
- Attend site meetings and escalate issues to the Project Engineer/Manager when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to **health, safety, and quality standards** at site.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering**.
- **5-7 years of site experience** in MEP/Electrical projects (preferably in residential or commercial buildings).
- Strong knowledge of **LV distribution, ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS), and authority approval processes**.
- Hands-on experience with **AutoCAD**; **Revit** knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate site teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with **load schedule preparation, cable sizing, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings**.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Budget 5k-7k QAR

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- UPDA, if yes, Which grade (preferred)
