**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in person.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively promote and demonstrate the company's bakery products to meet customer requirements.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by conducting market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to management for product improvement and service enhancements.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- **Brand Awareness**: Increase brand visibility by participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and hotels and restaurants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an **Outdoor Sales Executive** or similar role in the food & beverage sector.
- Strong **salesmanship** with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent **communication** and **negotiation** skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel to meet clients.
- Fluent in arabic & **English**:

- Familiarity with **Qatar's market** and **customer preferences** in the food industry is preferred.
- Valid **Qatar driving license** is required.
