**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are safe and functioning efficiently.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical electrical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams for installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and reports.
- Support energy management initiatives and cost-efficient solutions.
- Assist in electrical design review and implementation of facility upgrades.

**Qualification, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**.
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in Facility Maintenance and O&M projects.
- Strong technical knowledge for **Facility Maintenance Supervisors**.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
