We are hiring **Production Engineer** responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving all production processes and systems.
- **Must have Façade, Aluminium or Glass experience**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, monitor, and improve all production processes and systems.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data collection systems are in place for all processes.
- Ensure day in day out delivery of all production and plant targets.
- Use generated data to make informed decisions, target areas for improvement and eliminate waste.
- Set up and drive a plant wide 5S system.
- Drive LEAN and CI projects and culture throughout the plant.
- Promote a Quality and Health & Safety driven culture throughout the plant through the development and implementation of robust processes and systems in line with ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.

**Other Requirements**:

- BS degree in a relevant Engineering/Management discipline.
- **5+ years’ experience in a GMP or process driven manufacturing industry.**:

- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a production engineering role.
- Experience in Middle east or Gulf Region preferred.
- Façade manufacturing experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong sense of commercial awareness and project targets.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite & MS Project.
- **Strong working knowledge of Production Management/ERP software.**
