- Should have 15-20 years of Over All experience with minimum 05 Years of Gulf Experience with Oil & Gas EPC contractor companies must.

**A. Post Contract Administration**:

- **Contract Document Management**:
1. To ensure sign and stamped unpriced copy of Contract Document is available with Project Site DC and the same is utilized by the Project Team for reference purpose.

2. To keep in record a priced copy of Contract Document for reference.

3. To ensure contract administration requirements and procedures are in place for successful execution of the contract.

4. Ensure the validity of Bank Guarantees and Insurances submitted to Client under the Contract.

5. Contract briefing to PMT.
- **Claims and Variations**:
1. Manage post-award matters such as contract value utilization, revisions, amendments, contract claims, contract extension or renewal.

2. Keep track of any deviations, revisions, or amendments during the contract’s implementation to make handling any potential claims easier.

3. Handle claim and variation management, support PMT with enforcement of contract terms and conditions management for all change orders.

4. Regular variation management; review variation requests and assist with variation processing, including the formalization of variants; offer administrative support to the Project Manager, preparing variation reports, and ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
- **Project Invoicing**:
1. Assist Project Team in preparation of Progress Invoice complying to the Contract stipulations.

2. for Key tasks include understanding and ensuring compliance with contract terms, identifying and mitigating risks and achieve a functional contract interface.

3. Review Project Progress Invoices originated by Project Cost Control to confirm the invoices are prepared as per the Contract, before formal submission to Client.

4. Ensure that work is measured, billed, certified, and collected in a timely and accurate manner.

**A. Pre and Post Sub-Contract Administration**:

- Administer, Manage, and Review Subcontracts and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and formalizing them in-line with the Prime Contract and in accordance to the Project requirements.
- Attend Commercial clarification with subcontractors/suppliers.
- Provide Assistance to Subcontract Matters from start to completion, communicating with internal disciplines and negotiate to subcontractors/suppliers for any subcontract matters.
- Contractual advise and defend against subcontractor/supplier claims.
- Provide assistance to Project Management Team in analyzing subcontract Extension of Time or Variations.

Pay: QAR18,000.00 per month
