Key Responsibilities:

- **Driving**: Safely operate company vehicles for transporting personnel, documents, and packages.
- **Messenger Duties**: Collect and deliver mail, documents, and other items to various locations.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure vehicle cleanliness, regular maintenance, and report any issues.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and other relevant information.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks like errands, banking, or other office duties.
- **Customer Service**: Provide a positive experience for passengers and customers during transport and deliveries.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update vehicle logs and other required documentation.
- **Route Planning**: Plan efficient routes and consider traffic conditions and weather.

Skills and Abilities
- Recognized ability to work as part of a team.
- Significant experience in fleet management and / or logistics.
- Understanding of policies and procedures governing the management of motorized assets and the contracting of transportation services.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated rational and logical thinking; ability to creatively and quickly find solutions to problems.
- Proven ability to manage personnel, delegate, and follow-up; must be able to “multi-task”.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
