Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Architect **to join our team In this role you will get to designing new buildings, extensions, ensuring to meet client requirements and align with local and international codes in addition to sustainability principles.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- To be able to work individual and as a team
- Thinking outside of the box and bring creative ideas considering the innovative solutions
- Attend daily calls with lead architect / team to update the status and to resolve any technical issues and coordinating between disciplines as per projects requirement.
- Follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Develop proposals as per client’s needs, building’s usage, local and international codes and environmental impact.
- Initiate requirements gathering, designing, and implementing client requirements.
- Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact
- Introduce 3D for enhance project visualization.
- Coordination between sub consultants / clients / suppliers and prepare the presentations/mood boards as the project needs.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architectural.
- 5+ years professional experience
- Proven working experience as an Architect.
- Portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Communication and project management skills
- MMUP Registration.
- QCDD Registration.
- GSAS Registration.

**Software Skills**
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
