**Responsibility**
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority regulations.
- Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Oversee procurement, delivery, and use of materials and equipment.
- Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and workmanship.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
- Manage project costs, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors for cost tracking and billing.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and personnel issues on-site.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and material requisitions.
- Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely handover of project milestones and final completion.
- Support preparation and submission of variation orders and claims.
- Implement quality assurance and control procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and develop team capabilities.

**Qualification**
- At Least 15 Years of Experience in planning and managing construction of similar
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably a Chartered Engineer or PE, although this is not essential if a track record of delivering successful High-Quality projects can clearly be demonstrated.
- The Construction Manager must have a good understanding of the major issues affecting a project of this nature.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
