**Job Title**: Waitress / Helper
**Reports To**: Supervisor / Manager

**Position Summary**:
The Waitress/Helper is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and assisting kitchen and service staff in daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers warmly and present menus.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times.Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.Support kitchen staff by delivering food orders, refilling supplies, and performing light cleaning duties.Maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and preparation areas.Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, referring issues to the supervisor when necessary.Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in food service is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to carry trays, plates, and other items as needed.
