Draftsman - Civil, Architectural, Structural

Doha, Qatar SHADE Full time

I. Preparation of Shop drawings, Sketch drawing and as built drawings as per the projects standard and nature.

II. Preparation on Rebar, General and detailed Structural Drawings.

III. Preparation of external Services coordination drawing drawings. And builders work drawings.

IV. Represent or assist architects, Structural engineer and technical Engineers on sites to needful clarification and necessary changes biased on the site conditions.

V. Controlling and keep updating the drawing logs for engineering summary and progress status update.

VI. Comparison between IFC and tender drawing to find out the changes, mismatching and clashes for RFI and variation issues.

VII. Reviewing the project specification for extracting information on completeness and accuracy of the shop drawings.

VIII. Makes necessary calculations for drawing development.

IX. Maintaining quality of drafting according to the Company and International standards.

X. Coordinate and discussing the technical issues with direct superiors.

XI. Maintaining the archives of shop drawings, sketch drawings

XII. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to technical and drafting’s
