SAP Manager

**Position Title**: Application /ERP /SAP Manager

**Reports to**: Director of Information Technology

**JOB PURPOSE**:
The SAP Manager is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration & support of all SAP areas to successfully meet the business needs. Working closely with internal and external customers to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality and adds value through their knowledge of the SAP and knowledge of its integration with other modules.

**3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing solutions in the SAP S/4 HANA and lead the Internal team and Partners.
- Should have sound Best Practice Knowledge and SAP S4 HANA 1910 onwards
- Primarily Manage and provide solutions for FICO, PS,PM,MM and HCM along with SuccessFactors as integrations between SAP.
- Knowledge required of SuccessFactors full suite and integration with Time and Attendance and SAP HCM.
- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide financial expertise into the definition and resolution of integration issues
- Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards. Ensure the integrity of the finance configuration of the SAP system across multiple landscapes.
- Integration experience of SAP S/4 HANA and other third-party systems used in the Real Estate, Construction Industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Primarily with Business, Suppliers, Third party agencies, Consultants and Vendors.
- Support production configuration and assists in functional change requests. Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.
- Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.
- Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities.
- Demonstrate proof of concept & assist in training activities
- Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
- Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
- Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for all Business processes.
- Diligently follow the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies while executing enhancements or projects.
- Reporting: Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting to the Management

**4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:

- A university degree coupled with solid technology and Business Management experience
- Must have certifications in SAP S/4 HANA and preferably PMP/Prince2 Certified.
- Strong experience in Business Processes and SAP System design with respect to EC&O Industry
- Well versed with industry & SAP best practices with deep integration skills with other third-party systems
- At least 10-15 years of industry experience out of which 8-10 years must be in SAP as SAP Manager /Lead
- Good Experience in Third Party Integration with SAP
- Good Integration working experience
- Experience in transactional, management and other analytical reports.
- Full awareness & commitment to compliance & information security
- Project management, System Integrator & Vendor management capabilities are a must
- Implementation of at least 3 End-to-End Implementations and 3 Support Projects
- Experience with and understanding of an IT and Finance, Projects shared services model

**Salary**: From QAR18,000.00 per month
