We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waitress cum Cashier. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests as a waitress and handling transactions accurately as a cashier.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders.
Ensure prompt and efficient service to meet customer satisfaction.

**Cash Handling**:Process customer payments using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately.
Issue receipts and manage change transactions.

**Order Management**:Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

**Upselling**:Recommend additional items to enhance the customer experience.
Upsell promotions and special menu items.

**Communication**:Effectively communicate with kitchen and fellow staff members.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a waitress or cashier in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: Up to QAR1,900.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
