What you will be doing:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues to ensure all accommodation facilities are in perfect condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to uphold guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of safety and functionality.
- Assist in preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
- Contribute to creating a luxurious and seamless experience for all guests.

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience.
- Diploma / Relevant degree.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
