**Key Responsibilities**
- **Requirements Analysis**:Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- **Solution Design**:Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, creating customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics environment (e.g., Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, BC).
- **Configuration & Customization**:Configure and tailor Dynamics modules, entities, forms, workflows, and business processes to align with client requirements.
- **User Training & Enablement**:Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and demos to ensure end-users can fully leverage Dynamics’ capabilities.
- Provide post-training support and user guides for continual knowledge reinforcement.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**:Proven track record of at least [X] years working with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, CRM, AX, NAV, etc.).
- **Technical Skills**:Strong knowledge of Dynamics configuration and customization. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Services. Understanding of SQL databases, data integration, and reporting tools.
- **Consulting & Training Skills**:Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities. Experience designing and delivering technical training or workshops.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent.
