**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media including banners, brochures, logos, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize social media content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Website and SEO**:

- Design and update website graphics, ensuring optimal user experience and brand consistency.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance website design and functionality.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging visuals and multimedia content for social media, blogs, and other online platforms.
- Create and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns as needed.
- **Brand Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brand’s online and offline presence.
- Ensure that all marketing communications are aligned with the brand guidelines and business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
