**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily field activities related to ISP telecom projects
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution
- Handle client meetings and ensure client requirements and expectations are met
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress and site reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISP/Telecom infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, termination, and testing
- Valid QID and NOC **(mandatory)**:

- Available in Qatar and ready to join **before or by 30th June 2025**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and manage field teams
- Prior experience in handling client coordination/meetings is a must
- Qatar Driving License is a plus
