**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

**Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation**:

- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for high-value and critical items, particularly:

- **Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E)**: Ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of all necessary operational items.
- **Commercial Kitchen Equipment**: Sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing specialized F&B production and service equipment.
- **Tableware and Guest Amenities**: Managing the procurement of high-quality china, glassware, flatware, and related items, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers, analyze pricing trends, and assess supply risks.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with local and international vendors to secure the best value, quality, and delivery terms.

**Operational Management**:

- Manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of Request for Proposals (RFPs), purchase orders (POs), and other necessary procurement documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., F&B, Operations, Finance) to understand their needs and specifications.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

**System Utilization (Bonus/Preferred Skill)**:

- Experience utilizing **SAP ERP** or similar enterprise resource planning systems for managing PR-to-PO processes, contract management, and inventory tracking is highly advantageous.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- **Minimum 5 years** of progressive experience in procurement, with a significant focus on sourcing within the **Hospitality Industry**.
- **Demonstrated expertise** in procuring **Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E)** and **Commercial Kitchen Equipment**.
- Proven track record of strategic procurement and sourcing of **Tableware** (china, glassware, flatware).
- Strong negotiation skills and established experience in contract drafting and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

**Essential Requirements**
- Must possess a **Valid Qatar ID (QID)** and be immediately available to live and work in Qatar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
