Job Title**:Outdoor Sales Representative - aluminum and glazing**

Location**:Qatar**

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Maintain Contractor Relationships**:Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, and project managers to understand their needs and requirements.

**Sales Generation**: Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Euro Systems' products and services to potential clients.

**Quotation and Proposal Preparation**:Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of contractors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on proposals.

**Market Research and Analysis**:Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Qatar's construction and architectural landscape. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

**Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with contractors while maximizing profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle objections effectively and strive to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

**Sales Performance Tracking**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines using **CRM software**. Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.**

**Contractor Engagement**: Strong understanding of the construction sector in Qatar and experience in engaging with contractors, developers, and construction professionals. Existing network and relationships within the local market are highly desirable.

**Technical Aptitude**:Knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and architectural products, particularly shades, ceilings, aluminum, glazing, and fire protection products, is advantageous.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

**Result-Oriented**: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a passion for sales excellence. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.**

**Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.**
