**Job Title**: Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst

We are expanding our Security Operations Center (SOC) and are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team. **Job Summary**:
As a SOC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. You will work with cutting-edge security tools and technologies to protect our clients' IT and OT infrastructure. This is a 24/7/365 operation, and shift work will be required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, etc.) for potential security incidents.
- Analyze security alerts and events to determine their nature and scope.
- Investigate suspicious activities and potential threats.
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with other SOC team members and client Managed Service Provider team to contain and mitigate security threats.
- Document and report on security incidents and investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Participate in security awareness training and exercises.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SOC environment, preferably with experience in both IT and OT security.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and technologies.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk and Sentinel preferred).
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and incident response processes.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence and threat hunting techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must reside in Qatar and be eligible to work under our sponsorship.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- GIAC certifications
- Certified in Splunk and Sentinel.
- Industry certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, SOC 2 Type 2, etc.
