**Job description**

Our client, a leading technology company specializing in automation and digitalization, is looking for an experienced **BMS Commissioning and Programming Technician** for multiple projects.

**Job Title**: BMS Technician

  • Commissioning and Programming

**Location**: Various Service Projects

**Job Type**: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

**Experience Required**: 5+ Years

**Salary**: QAR 4,500.00 (Full Package)

**Working Hours/Days**: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in programming and commissioning Siemens BMS systems (e.g., Desigo CC, Insight, PXC controllers).
  • Review project specifications, control schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Perform system diagnostics, identify faults, and implement solutions.
  • Support project managers, contractors, and clients in ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Provide technical support and basic training to end-users as needed.
  • Prepare commissioning reports and maintain documentation records.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven hands-on experience with Siemens BMS systems (Desigo CC, Insight, PXC controllers, or similar).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, and energy management principles.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
