**Job Summary**

The **MEP Supervisor** will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across [commercial/residential/industrial] projects. This role ensures that all MEP works meet industry standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Plan and schedule daily activities for the MEP team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and site activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in [specific sector].
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in HVAC, Electrical Engineering
- Experience working on Facility Management
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit
