As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a **five-star or premium dining environment**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- **Locally available in Qatar** with valid QID and **ready to join immediately**.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
