We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic professional photographer who will be responsible to manage and handle photography, videography, graphic design, social media and e-commerce

**Key Responsibilities**

**Photography & Videography**
- Capture and edit visual content for multiple platforms such as website and social media. shooting indoor and outdoor for basic, lifestyle and model picture and videos
- Produce photography and videography in various methods including printed/digital media
- Deliver final product to various sources including internal and external customers, media, social media, and corporate communications
- Review sets of photographs and select the best results by setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props. Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
- Perform retouching and image adjustments and editing after shoots to enhance the photographs as required using different techniques
- Operate various photographic equipment digital cameras and lighting and figuring out what type of equipment to use. Cleaning and disassembling hardware. In addition, to be able to troubleshoot problems/issues with the equipment, and/or repair the equipment
- Purchase or requisition supplies
- Use various software’s such as Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and After Effectsetc
- Choosing and setting up locations. Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
- Must be creative, passionate about creating stories or messages through film and video (along with editing film and video) and have an eye for detail to capture those ideas on film/video and turn that into a powerful message
- Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video. Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video

**Graphic Design**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements. create images and layouts by using design software, and Testing graphics across various media
- Creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions
- Capture the attention of those who see the created graphics and communicate the right message. using a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Use different marketing tools to create beautiful work according to their customers’ needs.
- Work collaboratively with a team of other designers and marketing experts to complete a project
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Professional use of required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, Illustrator, Adobe freehand, Dreamweaver, AutoCAD, Corel and CorelDraw Graphic Suite
- A strong eye for visual composition. And Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Along being Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

**Social Media**
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Creating and administering content on all social media platforms
- Monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
- Understands social media metrics and use the information to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals.
- Developing strategy, community management, creative directing, copywriting, customer service, and analyzing data.
- Focuses on the logistics of delivering content to various social channels, such as managing a content calendar, writing copy, scheduling posts, etc. These roles often overlap.
- Understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
- Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers
- Consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) along with Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO, along with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels and Define most important social media KPIs
