We are seeking shadow teachers to provide one-on-one support throughout the school day for students, to help develop their academic, social and behavioral skills. The shadow teacher will also help students in giving prompts, understanding instructions and completing activities inside the classroom.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate with the homeroom teacher and learning support team to achieve the goals listed on the IEP

2. Give further explanation when needed so the student can understand the process or how to answer the activity

3. Training the student in doing the academic tasks independently

4. Help the student in paying attention or sustaining attention to complete each task

5. Ensure that the student will not be disruptive inside the classroom and always be safe.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology or education (Other degrees can also be considered, granted that they have at least 2 years of experience in teaching special needs learners)

2. Resident of Qatar.
