**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our reputable real estate agency.

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers, leaser and renter, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing expert guidance on real estate matters.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, while fostering strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for buying, selling, or leasing.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property selection to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and present compelling property listings to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
  • Prepare and review property documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a **Property Consultant** or in a similar real estate role.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ownership of a personal vehicle.
