Telesales Executive

We are currently looking for a Tele-calling executive who can handle inbound calls as well as cold call to potential clients at our Qatar Branch.
- Cold calling on the data provided by the company.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
- Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Getting trained on the company products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.
- Prior experience as a tele-caller or similar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Experience: 0-1 years
