Parsons is looking for an experienced **Senior Works Inspector (Utilities)**to join our team ****In this role, you will oversee and inspect daily site operations related to utility construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of utility construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on work progress, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inspections, including daily reports, safety reports, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with the construction teams to ensure smooth execution of utility works, such as water supply networks, sewer systems, drainage systems, and road-related utilities.
- Manage site safety, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks associated with utility works.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services required for utility works.
- Assist with testing and commissioning, ensuring that utility components meet the necessary quality and functionality standards before handover.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in utility construction inspection, with at least 5 years in a senior inspection role for large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, water supply networks, and sewer systems.
- Strong understanding of utility construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and inspection reporting software.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- MME is required.
