Job Title**:Commis Chef - French and Continental Cuisine**

Monthly Salary**:QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,200 **plus FREE accommodation and transportation

**Job Overview**: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef with expertise in French and Continental cuisine to join our culinary team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook French and Continental dishes in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients to maintain the authenticity of Italian flavors.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Conduct regular tastings to ensure consistency in flavors and adherence to recipes.
- Adhere to proper food handling and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve smooth kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
- Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory and communicate with the Head Chef regarding ingredient needs.
- Stay informed about new cooking techniques and trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the development of French and Continental-themed menus, suggesting creative and seasonal dishes.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative elements into traditional Italian recipes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef in an French and Continental cuisine-focused kitchen.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of French and Continental culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditional recipes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creativity and passion for creating exceptional Italian dishes.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
