Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As the AMO Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for ensuring the required equipment for Customer operations are available on time per Workshop production plan, which includes COI, repaired parts and redress spares.

As an Assembly, Repair and Maintenance PLanner, you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring / expediting material spares based on upcoming load out list to ensure parts availability at redress / preparation.
- Scheduling/Planning of load outs for Operations and Customer deliveries with proper paperwork at all times.
- Managing COI.
- Truck scheduling / coordinating with logistics.
- Performing tool movements to and from jobs real-time in SAP.
- Managing materials out/in for 3rd party repairs.
- Managing, tracking and expediting of Purchase orders.
- Yard controling / housekeeping for PL designated areas adhering to 6S program.
- Adhering to HSE, Quality and compliance processes and policies.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Diploma or bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Demonstrate an Advanced level of English
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
- Display effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Having a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP is an advantage- Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive
