**Hiring Civil Engineer for Property Developer and Operator in Qatar.**

1. Generating new enquiries from below sectors for civil related works
- Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts
- Food factories/stores
- Power Plants (Like UHP, QE, QG etc.)
- Real Estate Companies
- Hospitals, Clinics, medical centers
- Automobile showrooms / work shops
- Residential / Commercial Buildings
- Schools and Universities

2. BOQ/Estimation/Quotation:

- Preparing BOQ
- Collecting Quotations from Subcontractors/Suppliers
- Gathering Technical data sheet for all required materials
- Preparing Estimation/Cost Sheet
- Preparing and submitting quotation to Client
- Securing the Purchase Order

3. Execution:

- Preparing work schedule
- Preparing method statement and risk assessment for client approval
- Arranging material submittal for client approval
- Deployment of workers
- Supervision of the work progress
- Getting work completion report signed by the client

4. Invoice Submission:

- Collect the Invoice from Finance/Accounts team
- Submission of invoice to the client
- Follow-up and collection of payment

Civil works Including:

- Painting (Interior, exterior, anti-corrosion, epoxy)
- Screeding, Flooring (Tiling, marble, carpets, wooden flooring etc)
- Boundary wall ( Brick wall, concrete wall, chain link fencing etc)
- Roofing, Gates and metal works
- Gypsum ceiling, Gypsum partition, Glass partitions
- Water proofing, ACP Cladding, Glass partitions etc
- Interlock laying, Interior fitout works, carpentry, joinery works, glass works, signages etc
- Asphalt works, bicycle track, sports grounds, public toilets
- Other civil engineering works

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
