**Urgent Hiring for Senior Consultant - Infrastructure**
- **Language**: English & Arabic
- **Previous Employment**: Must have experience with a Big 4 firm
- **Location**: Must be willing to relocate to Qatar
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience Real Estate/Infrastructure Advisory experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in MS Office - Advanced Financial Modelling: Macros, Power BI, report writing, and presentation to small and midsize group.
- Understanding of real estate terminologies and IFRS knowledge I
- In-depth understanding of demand model development for real estate core assets, demand-supply gap assessment, market assessment including stock-supply-vacancy-pricing etc., location and site assessment, positioning, Value-for-Money (VFM), project risk assessment
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance including clear understanding of financial analysis, and Real Estate Asset Valuation (DCF Approach) - In-depth knowledge of either Bid Advisory or Procurement Advisory or both.
- Working days : 5 days ( 2 days will be WFH) / 8am - 5pm
