**About the role**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Promote and sell Al Maha Services to walk-in customers to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Seek opportunities to upsell higher value Al Maha Services products to increase value and profitability per customer.
- Check-in customers to the Al Maha Services lounge/sand manage lounge capacity appropriately to ensure the customer experience is optimized.
- Provide support to the sales force to ensure increased awareness of Al Maha Services products/services by guiding them on the standard operating procedures and provide sufficient information.
- Support business growth with corporate accounts and ensures all sales enquiries are directed to the Sales executives as potential new sales and revenues streams.
- Consistently collect and send feedback from VIP and regular guests to the sales team and understand the service needs of the regular and VIP customers.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum of High school graduation
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Formal qualification in sales or related is an advantage
- Understanding of premium hospitality/airline/airport operation
- Working knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Think creatively and find alternative solutions
- Empathetic to needs of multi-cultural community
