We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to

relationships with property owners, landlords, and companies with real estate assets. Your

mission will be to introduce and promote our premium property marketing services,

including HD video tours, drone footage, 360-degree photography, social media

sponsorship, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with property owners, landlords, and real estate firms to present
- our marketing solutions.
- Promote services such as video tours, drone footage, 360° photography, and property
- sponsoring packages.
- Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to showcase past work and potential
- marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with our creative and media team to schedule and manage marketing
- campaigns.
- Negotiate and close service deals with clients.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in real estate or
- media marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Must have a valid Qatari driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting clients in various locations.
- Excellent presentation skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
