**Department**
ENGINEERING SERVICES

**Primary purpose of job**
Engineering Lead (EL) for all technical engineering related activities within EL

assigned area of responsibility. Accountable to provide leadership and direction of

technical engineering services, across all stages of project development, in order to

achieve the required technical quality and integrity of work while considering project

objectives in terms of safety, time and cost.

**Experience & Skills**
1. 15 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years proven experience

as Engineering Manager in major projects and sites in the Oil & Gas industry.

2. Skill / knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or QatarEnergy standards

related to area of expertise.

**Education**
1. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with preference for post-graduate degree.
2. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, membership of project management association/institute would be

advantageous.
