Food and Beverage Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the sales and marketing efforts related to food and beverage services
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Client Relationship Management:

- Business Development:

- Team Leadership and Training:

- Supervise, train, and motivate the service team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Budgeting and Reporting:

- Event Coordination and Support:

- Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Qatar
- Proven experience in food and beverage sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, food and beverage trends, and market dynamics.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide the sales team effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business demands

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
