**Compass International School Doha** was established in 2006 to provide a premium British education to both expatriate and local Qatari families. **About the role**

Join our dynamic international education environment, where you will deliver a bespoke curriculum, built on the English National Curriculum, preparing students for external examinations at IGSCE level and beyond. You will challenge your students to be ambitious learners, seeking out and implementing innovative teaching practices to enhance our students’ experience and their outcomes.

You will have the following essential attributes

• _teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE/PDGE)_
• _teaching experience in a UK and/or international context_Additionally, you must be a fluent speaker of English, either at native or near-native level.

You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions for Qatar, including possession of a Bachelor’s degree and a teaching qualification from a face-to-face (non-online) course.

**Selection process**

Depending on your location, initial interviews can be conducted face to face in Doha, or via Teams. Similarly, final in-person interviews will take place in both London and Doha in late January 2025.
