Duration - 2 weeks, Starting from September 14th 2024

Must have 10 yrs experience including consultancy

**Responsibilities/Tasks**:

-   Reviewing of Baseline Programs and Project plans (Activities, Relationships, Cost loading, resource loading etc.)
-   Reviewing of Contractor’s weekly/monthly progress reports, presentations etc.
-   Monitor and report Design/Construction progress for projects
-   Attending weekly progress meetings and presenting updates on the project’s progress to the client
-   Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports, presentations and dashboards for the client
-   Perform delays analysis and giving recommendations for recovery of delays
-   Challenging claims and extension of time (EOT) requests
-   Prepare risk assessment and mitigations plans (Risk Registers and RMP)
-   Lead the Planning Engineers, delegate tasks and develop their skills and expertise
-   Manage technical office team (Junior Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Contact Administrators)
-   Draft Contractual correspondence letters addressing to the project stakeholders.
