As part of our growth, we are seeking a **Senior Medical Licensing Specialist** to manage all licensing and compliance operations in line with Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **QCHP licensing and registration** for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Coordinate with **MOPH, QCHP, and other authorities** for approvals, renewals, and facility licensing.
- Manage the **licensing process for new doctors** joining the center, including document verification, primary source verification (PSV), and dataflow.
- Ensure **timely renewal** of facility and professional licenses.
- Maintain accurate licensing records and monitor compliance with national health regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and assist in audits and inspections.
- Advise management on any **updates in healthcare licensing policies or procedures**.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in **QCHP/MOPH medical licensing** in Qatar (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of QCHP online systems and dataflow procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.
