**Primary purpose of job**
Ensure that the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements and tax declarations of the allocated Privatized

Company are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, and to provide financial accounting and tax guidance to senior

management as required.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 12 years post qualification experience, with at least two years in a similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills.
- Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.

**Education**
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, with an internationally-recognized professional qualification, e.g. CPA, ACCA,

CIMA.
